You will join a team developing state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it.
As a Customer Success Manager at Apptronik, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our organization. You will ensure we are delivering value to our customers and be laser-focused on post-sale expansion. In this role, you will nurture our existing relationships and expand our footprint within existing customers by understanding when we have attained the projected ROI of the current use case and expand to other use cases. You’ll also collect customer feedback to help inform product and engineering decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales of robotics into retail, 3PLs, or manufacturing with 5-10 years of experience as well as driving results through data-driven decision-making and excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by expansion of robots into existing accounts.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive expansion strategy.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management on upsell activities and results.
- Lead weekly customer meetings and check-ins as well as quarterly business reviews. Proactively identify areas of improvement and take corrective action.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues between Software, Hardware, IT and Technical Support Teams, Engineering and Customer Success.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Report on tracked metrics and analytics for use case and robot performance at customer sites
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in 3PLs, retail distribution, and / or manufacturing
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
- Proven track record of success in customer success, business development, sales, or a related role, with 5-10 years of experience.
