Putting our customers' success above all else. The Customer Success team is essential to any subscription based business model, and the CSM role is a critical piece. Ensuring that our customers' are getting the most value out of our platform and taking advantage of the offering in the best possible way. The CSM is a trusted advisor in a domain that is largely wide open. Strong propensity to build relationships and drive value through a consultative approach. This person needs to be a thought leader, negotiator, and consultant with our customers' interests at the forefront.


Manage all aspects of the post-sales relationship: training, onboarding, A/B testing consultation and product collaboration.

  • Ensure the customers are setup to gain full value out of Apptimize's product suite
  • Closely understand each customer's priorities to provide A/B testing guidance, interpret results, and support important decisions
  • Understand & track customer goals to ensure their experimentation goals are aligned with overall company goals and there is institutional buy-in for a hypothesis driven approach to product management in general and Apptimize in particular
  • Develop processes that support a diverse range of customer needs, and scale with our rapid growth

Act as the "voice of the customer" to the rest of the company

  • Become a product expert
  • Understand what aspects of our product customers love and where it's falling short to help with product, sales & marketing
  • Advocate for features / improvements with high ROI.  Escalate issues that are likely to cause churn

Help Apptimize build a world-class customer success organization

  • Explore process and software options to help make us more efficient as a team, and to provide more value to our customers
  • Help us a build a library of knowledge that differentiates us from competitors and helps close sales and retain customers


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years work experience in Customer Success, Product Management, or Consulting
  • Smart, organized, detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical and Analytical aptitude - ability to translate analytics into insights and recommendations
  • Exposure working with Senior stakeholders
  • Preferred:
    • SaaS experience
    • CRM experience
    • Mobile experience
