With hundreds of successful product launches and over a million entrepreneurs served, we’re looking to take AppSumo to the next level. We know that in order to do that, customer acquisition through paid media will play a big part. That’s where you, the PPC Manager, come in.

 

About the role:

This job is about effectively managing current PPC channels (Facebook, Google, Display) and more importantly finding and testing new channels to grow customer acquisition and expand the reach of AppSumo’s brand. 

You’ll be working alongside our marketing team and will play a major role in the decisions we make as a company. On the day-to-day, you’ll be managing sizeable paid media budgets and constantly looking for new areas of opportunity. You will be tasked with creating a well-oiled growth engine through a variety of paid marketing tactics. In the first three months of this role, success means you hit $25,000 in net new revenue generated or saved from new growth or more efficient spending in the first 3 months.

This is a unique role that requires you to lead both strategy and execution for paid channels on a high-performing online marketing team. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years PPC/paid marketing experience ideally in the software/tech space, as well as a solid foundation in all major areas of digital marketing.

We need someone with a proven track record of successfully growing a company’s user base with PPC channels and wants to take their experience to the next level.

This role requires a high level of both creativity, technical skillset, and persistence that is needed to improve current growth channels and tirelessly work to find new profitable opportunities. If you’re intimidated by a fast-paced, high accountability environment, you are not process-oriented, or are risk-averse, then this role is not for you.

 

Pay & Benefits:

For the ideal candidate, the starting salary for this position is $101K + performance bonuses.
