We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to run a team of outside sales representatives. This position will be critical for our market penetration strategies.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • You are a closer with a "no fear", highly professional approach to sales with an ability to CLOSE on the phone
  • You have high energy to coach and motivate a team (exp with 1099's preferred)
  • You have organizational skills to ensure all appointments and deals are handled properly
  • You have an ability to multi task in a fast paced environment handling multiple reps
  • You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (inside/short cycle preferred)
  • You have a proven track record of outstanding performance exceeding quotas
  • You have a high level of integrity
  • You have excellent communication and motivational skills
  • You are numerate and think and react quickly on your feet

Day to Day Functions:

  • Manage and run daily appointment with 1099 outside field reps
  • Coach, train and develop reps to close new business
  • Provide guidance to Reps on how to self-generate and build a business in their home local territory
  • Oversee the entire sales process. You'll need to have the ability to see where a deal is and sell with value solutions in mind. You'll work with Operations to submit, approve, and train accounts.
