ABOUT THE ROLE

In the Experience team our methodology is user-first. That means we don’t let Design preferences interrupt Design efficacy. The solution that works best is best and results are the most important metric.
We all work together to solve problems as a team with empathy for the user and our each other. We never take action without research and validate our decisions with lightweight methods from our playbook.

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:

● Guide discovery and data-driven research to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses
● Prioritize user needs and solve business problems with a Design Thinking approach
● Maintain a holistic view of client engagements to set achievable goals for project teams
● Understand a client's business, customers, and vision to propose a robust experience strategy with meaningful KPIs
● Produce high-quality deliverables involving research synthesis, journey maps and user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
● Plan and facilitate remote and in-person workshops, brainstorms, and usability testing
● Advocate for accessible and ethical design, from conception to implementation
● Identify opportunities for all-rounded design squads on client engagements involving Visual Design and Content Design
● Champion consistent collaboration between Strategy, Experience, and Technology teams
● Identify and define new opportunities to bring value to client engagements

● Sync with DesignOps to streamline practice and process
● Mentor design team members and contribute knowledge to the UX practice

MUST HAVES:

● 6+ years experience in a Design role, interfacing with clients and working on cross-functional teams
● 1-2+ years experience leading client engagements
● A deep understanding of UX Strategy and Product Design
● An appreciation for Service Design, Design Systems, A/B testing, and localization
● Ability to optimize design for accessibility, responsive web, and native mobile apps
● Skilled with industry-leading design tools including Miro and Figma
● Previous experience in an Agile Product Delivery environment
● Previous experience in a Consultancy environment is an asset

● Experience with the Pharma Industry is a plus
