Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a deep passion for digital technology? Are you excited by a job that lets you work on challenging and diverse projects for some of the world’s top brands?
As a Senior Associate, Delivery with Appnovation, you will report into the Global VP, Delivery. You will be responsible for managing multi-functional teams in the business of consulting, designing, developing, training and supporting digital transformation and digital marketing solutions for our clients around the world! This is a Hybrid environment with 3 days working from office.
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of consulting in the digital space, including at least 7 years of Project Management or Professional Services experience, and a heavy focus on managing large client-facing project teams and budgets
- Ability to work with SMEs to estimate project costs, build detailed project plans / gantt charts, and effectively manage teams of professionals to meet deadlines ● Experience managing projects with substantial logistics, complexity, teams with 10+ members, and budgets in excess of $1MM
- Experience in using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, specifically including scrum leadership
- Monitor and advise on financials and KPIs on both individually managed projects as well as key operating metrics
- Be fundamentally driven by ensuring good process and be able to adapt different approaches and methodologies
- A project manager’s technical understanding of software engineering, mobile development, web development or multi-tech platform implementation
- Understanding of client business requirements, firm understanding of requirements traceability/signoff and scope management, and the ability to present in a form which is comprehensible to business users and technical professionals
- Strong management and leadership skills with ownership / accountability of team success
- Fundamentally driven by ensuring good process is adhered to and the ability to adapt different approaches and methodologies
- Exceptional planning, organisational and problem-solving skills ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organisation
Nice To Haves:
- Business analysis and requirements management experience AND/OR in-depth hands-on technical experience .
- Project Management Professional and/or Scrum Master certifications
