The Account Director is part of Client Service at Appnovation and is responsible for establishing the company as a key resource and partner of our clients. They are expected to gain a clear understanding of the client’s business and market objectives and strategy. Working to apply Appnovation resources to address those client goals. 


  • Act as client advocate to internal teams throughout client engagement
  • 5+ years experience
  • Provide strategic focus based on market awareness and on-going interaction with client
  • Ensure on-going buy-in and endorsement of client stakeholder
  • Mediate points of conflict to insure program decisions support overall business goal of the engagement


You will lead team efforts to create solutions and effectively deliver those solutions to win and grow our value and visibility at the client – in turn growing overall client value for Appnovation. 

Appnovation Client Service works closely with Strategy/Design/Project Management/Delivery to ensure quality delivery of on-going assignments while planning growth through program expansion and new assignments.  

Practically you need to be effective leaders and clear communicators both written and verbally. You need to show strong presentation skills and be ready to grow those skills. An intellectual curiosity is vital to learn and understand the range of businesses in which our clients operate. Effectively communicating to internal teams the client’s business conditions and priorities in order to focus team efforts and mediate conflicts that may arise. CS is responsible for business management and forecasting.  

Appnovation Client Service must establish a trusting relationship with client decision-makers and stakeholders. You need to have antennae for the political nuance at the client to understand how that could influence Appnovation work and relationship now and in the further. You must proactively move to ameliorate any downside for the company.
