WHAT YOU HAVE:
The Strategic Growth Lead, APAC (SGL) will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer. The SGL will possess the intellectual capacity to deal with complex solutions, have the willingness to take on a significant travel schedule, and the personal drive and passion to achieve continued growth with Global 5000 clients. A deep understanding of the space their client(s) operate in. Preferred background within Health & Life Sciences, but experience in FMCG/Travel/Financial Services. To focus more on progressive buyers rather than specific verticals, and the credibility to challenge and guide clients with confidence throughout the process.
YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Focus on “how do I make this client successful?” – this will require creative discussions at strategic/partner level and the ability to come up with well-considered customer solutions on a client-by-client basis
- Lead technological and digital transformation initiatives at strategic level
- Identify the challenge/problem of the client, and take a highly consultative, solution-selling approach to devising a suitable fix
- Ability to support and influence the number for APAC and take responsibility for really shaping the revenue and sales/service strategy to meet 2023 aspirational growth target
- Ability to sell and develop new services, geography and global accounts
- Consistently scanning and identifying business opportunities to advancing the pillars service lines
- Able to demonstrate tangible value to the customer business drivers and key performance indicators, and based upon elements of competitive advantage, strategic positioning, shared goals & risks.
- Identify new growth opportunities in strategic accounts in all of APAC
WHO YOU ARE:
- First and foremost, high calibre solution selling professional, equally services savvy and has a background in high-level strategic growth
- Background shaping east Asia services/sales
- Globally experienced to grow and develop business outside China (Korea, Japan, Singapore,etc)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intelligent, hungry and creatives sales professional comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic working environment
- Client services and a solution selling background
- Thrives with autonomy and motivated to take ownership
- Can-do attitude and won’t hesitate to carry out fearless Business Development where necessary
- Ability to foresee and plan for every communication with client or potential client
- Ability to articulate the professionalism as required for a project or client to communicate the credibility and gravity through a discussion
- Hungry and driven to succeed – no objections to putting in hard and diligent work where necessary to drive the required performance to hit growth ambitions
