As a Vice President of Operations with our growing international company, you will be an equal parts strategist, collaborator, leader and multi-talented problem solver. At the core, you are a senior-level professional and will be responsible for managing multi-functional teams in the AMER .This is an opportunity for someone who is excited and eager to support the AMER region in day to day Operations, Talent Acquisition, Vendor Management and facility and service management.  The role will drive innovation, lead continuous improvement while supporting the development and engagement of a team towards operational excellence.

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO

  • Implement continuous improvement plans for existing operational processes 
  • Mentor and motivate staff with the goal of retention and development
  • Manage the day to day operations responsibilities for the AMER region
  • Work with compliance team to manage regulatory and other requirements 
  • Identify any key logistics issues and work with management to provide solutions
  • Define budget and skill set targets for AMER Talent Acquisition requirements
  • Define and manage AMER growth strategies 
  • Support Corporate, Manage Services and AMER growth strategies
  • Direct and develop current and new vendor relations
  • Continually monitor the AMER operations cost structure and look for ways to optimize the cost structure by activities such as outsourcing
  • Work with global teams with regional employee marketing
  • Support regional CSR events and foundation
  • Support the global contract function and its process 
  • Manage the regional Administrator team in the customer support of our staff
  • Manage the AMER real estate portfolio 

WHO YOU ARE

  • First and foremost, you are passionate about operations, incredible with clients, and widely recognized for the depth of your team leadership and operations excellence
  • 8+ years of operations experience with a proven track record 
  • Consulting, professional services or digital agency background
  • Vendor and Contract management experience
  • Proven track in operations in a technology firm 
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, facilitation and team building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and able to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization
  • Driven to apply best practices to meet regional objectives and business drivers 
  • An excellent working background with human capital and operational strategy
  • Able and keen to work in a very fast paced, growth environment
  • Interested in directly influencing the continued growth of Appnovation
  • Interested in being a strong regional Culture Leader
