Appnovation has an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Team Lead - Talent Acquisition America to join our team! The successful candidate will assume the recruitment leadership responsibility for a team of recruiters of North America. The Team Lead has management responsibility including department leadership, hiring strategies, career development, and meeting goals/target objectives of the team.

 

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Deliver on performance standards and develop metrics, ensuring that the highest levels of service and hiring standards are consistently met
  • Prepare and present regular reports of key staffing metrics that include time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, diversity, cost of hire, and other metrics that impact the business
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective recruitment solutions 
  • Mentor and grow the talent acquisition team to a best-in-class technical recruiting function
  • Provide ongoing coaching and career development opportunities and ensures continuous engagement and development of the team
  • Manage Talent Acquisition team members: holds frequent check in meetings; assists with goal planning; performance management responsibilities; and facilitates career development conversations
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, practices, and company values across all regional locations and other internal/external requirements

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Possesses a combination of senior-level talent acquisition experience, strong communication skills, leadership, and people management qualities.
  • Hands on recruiter
  • 6 years of relevant recruitment experience in tech
  • 4+ years of experience as an in house recruiter
  • 2 years of experience leading recruiting teams and managing direct reports
  • GreenHouse ATS experience
  • General human resources management experience is an asset
