Role Overview:
We're in search of an exceptional Founding Product Engineer who's ready to lead and drive the technical vision of our startup. You'll be at the heart of our operations, building our product from the ground up, shaping the company's direction, and eventually, building and managing a dynamic engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development: Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions, ensuring the highest level of quality and performance
- Product Leadership: Collaborate closely with the product team to ideate and iterate on features that provide maximum value to our users
- Team Building: As one of our early members, you'll play a pivotal role in hiring, mentoring, and leading a high-performing engineering team
- Technical Vision: Drive the overall technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring our technology remains cutting-edge and adaptable
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other functions, integrating feedback and ensuring our tech aligns with business goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive them to completion
- A product-first mindset with a keen eye for detail and user experience
- Eagerness to take on a leadership role, with the ambition to grow and manage a team
- Passion for solving complex workflows and drive for continuous learning
Compensation:
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
