About the Role

We are excited to add our first business hire as a key member of our team. Working closely with our CEO & CTO, you will take ownership and drive key initiatives to onboard, train, and support our customers. Initially, this role will be a “jack of all trades”, working on everything from managing customer implementations, to helping with sales and marketing, to defining product and UX requirements (don’t worry if you haven’t done all that!). As we grow, we expect this person to have the opportunity to build out and lead functional areas in the company.

We are a remote first company with employees working in California, Canada, and Brazil. Preference for PST and AST time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and manage day to day customer communications and support requests
  • Project manage new customer onboarding, including data migration, account setup, and training
  • Maintain product FAQ documentation
  • Update customers on newly released and upcoming product improvements
  • Gather product feedback and help define product requirements
  • Contribute to building a kind and winning company culture

What we are looking for:

  • Kind and collaborative people
  • Someone excited to build business functions from the ground up while growing their skills and scope
  • You have performed and enjoy training and working with customers in a support capacity
  • You’ve worked with databases in some capacity (you don’t need to know how to code)
  • You have experience working in a B2B (especially SMB) technology setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Eye for design

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range between $120k and $140k annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications plus healthcare.

Additionally, we believe our team members should be rewarded for their contributions to our growth and success. As such, this position includes an equity offering of up to .5%.
