About the Role
We are looking for a creative Full stack/Back End Engineer to join as a key member of our team. You will take ownership and drive key initiatives, helping define the architecture and building out the user experience that will set our product up for success. Green field!
We are looking for someone comfortable working across the stack, or willing to learn, with an emphasis on integration excellence.
We are a remote first company with employees working in Canada, California, and Brazil. Preference for PST and AST time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Independently turn requirements for new integrations into plans, code, and product feature
- Collaborate with the founding team to integrate business needs into the technical roadmap
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices
- Influence the overall architecture and design of the product
- Contribute to building a kind and winning company culture
What we are looking for:
- Kind and collaborative people

- Strong Typescript background
- Strong React background
- Solid skills in front-end technologies (we use NextJS and Typescript)
- 3+ years of development experience with a proven track record of successful projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Eye for design

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range between $140,000 and $160k annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications plus healthcare.
Additionally, we believe our team members should be rewarded for their contributions to our growth and success. As such, this position includes an equity offering of up to .75%.

About the Interview Process
- Resume Review: We'll evaluate your educational background, work history, and technical prowess. Be sure to highlight any notable projects or problem-solving expertise.
- Phone Screen (30 minutes): A founder will connect with you over the phone or via Zoom to learn a bit more about your background and discuss projects you’ve worked on and would be working on.
- Technical Screen (2 sessions)(120-150 minutes total): A coding exercise / architecture review with our engineering team to learn more about your background
- Final Interview (45 minutes): Spend meeting other members of the team and discussing product
- Offer: Successful candidates will receive a job offer post-interview process.
