About the role
The Renewal Sales Representative’s core responsibility is to grow the existing business by working closely with the CSM team to foster the best relationship with clients. He/She has a sharp business acumen and is able to work with relevant stakeholders to prevent churn and manage renewals. The successful candidate must possess the ability to grow and upsell to these existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify renewal opportunities within the assigned accounts and execute on selling strategies, including proposals and negotiations as necessary
- Maintain revenue of assigned accounts, by ensuring retention and renewals of assigned accounts across Korea
- Collaborate with the CSM team and wider Appier HQ functions to ensure account and key stakeholder satisfaction, including operational tasks such as participation of customer QBRs
- Grow revenue in existing accounts by working with new territory sales reps through strategic coverage and opportunity identification
- Work with business leaders in nurturing partner and business ecosystems for Korea
- Maintain a proactive communication channel with the assigned accounts to identify pain points and engagement opportunities
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management of your assigned accounts
About you
[Essential]
- Min. 2 years of Sales or Account Management of enterprise softwares.
- Strong soft skills to develop relationships with key decision makers in the industry.
- Independent and self-motivated, able to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Korea enterprise software ecosystem
- Comfortable English fluency - this role will require both spoken and written English for internal communication
- A bachelor’s Degree preferred.
[Nice to have]
- Professional knowledge of terminology, trends and concepts of Data and AI products.
- Experience handling large enterprise-level accounts
- Experience in selling SaaS Solutions, ideally in Marketing systems, Chat, Analytics or CDP
- Experience working with e-commerce or retail verticals
