About the role

  • To secure on-time maintenance orders for GCR.
  • Connect with customers directly to negotiate terms and conditions to consult and sell specific products and up sell.
  • Possess very strong forecasting skills with solid excel spreadsheet skills to deliver highly accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-sales, Tech Support, and Customer Success teams to close maintenance orders.
  • Identify customer needs, and pain points and demonstrate account management capabilities and risk migration strategies to guide renewal closure.
  • Deeply participate quarterly reviews with CSM and customers
  • Streamline reporting, identity, and present trends (positive and negative) and insights from business data sets that give suggestions on how those trends can enhance retention rates.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of customer management experience in sales operations, customer success, renewals, sales, and quota-carrying role.
  • Strong forecasting skills with solid excel spreadsheet skills to deliver highly accurate forecast is a must
  • Ability to understand Maintenance and SaaS business.
  • Excellent customer management skills with external and internal stakeholders leading to customer retention and adoption of the SaaS model.
  • Familiar with and demonstrated good proficiency regarding contract renewal processes.
  • To be hands-on, dig into details, and possess strong negotiation skills to front customers.
  • Crisp oral and written communications in both English and Mandarin
