About the role
This role is a member of IT helpdesk team. He or she will assist how to standardize enterprise OA machines, also learn and apply some technical tools on the daily work, e.g. Google work space (GWS), Jira…etc.
1. In charge of setting up OA systems.
2. Update working order status.
3. Support onboarding and offboarding process.
4. Support analysis issues root causes.
1. Interested in Hardware and laptop desktop.
2. Interested in GWS and Jira.
3. Willing to be polished English communication acumen, both verbal and writing.
Working hours: Monday and Tuesday 9:00~18:00, duration 3 months from the beginning of April, can extend depending on the company demands.
