About the role

The Director of Enterprise Solution Sales(SEA) is business leadership position, responsible for overall business health of Appier’s enterprise unit in SEA. You will be responsible to build a robust GTM that aligns and delivers on our expansion and financial goals. You will lead our teams across SEA to promote Appier’s AI-as-a-service products to new and existing clients. Outstanding senior SaaS salesperson will be considered for this regional leadership position.


Task of the role

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and business leaders to develop and deliver on a holistic GTM strategy that aligns with the company’s revenue goals
  • Build, lead and scale the high performing enterprise sales team in the SEA region and drive performance against the growth targets for the business
  • Act as the regional point of contact to C-level and other senior executives, aligning on company goals and priorities, as well as communicating corporate messaging to regional team members
  • Deliver on financial metrics across Signings, Revenue and Renewals
  • Hire, retain and ramp up a high performance 1)enterprise sales and 2)presales team and matrix team management responsibilities for 3)CSM team

About you


  • Outstanding individual contributors with at least 10 years of experience from a SaaS
  • company, with consistent track record of sales overachievement across multiple years will be looked upon favourably
  • High motivation and energy with demonstrated ability to execute, and make things happen
  • Demonstrated record of career success
  • Experience and success in mid-sized SaaS companies will be looked upon favourably
  • An ability to develop a coherent, forward-looking strategies to create new business opportunities
  • Strong leadership skills and superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Regional experience is a plus
  • Broad understanding of the martech, analytics and B2B SaaS marketplaces, strong industry contacts, and the ability to respond quickly to critical business issues
