To fuel our expansion, we are looking for Senior Recruiter that will focus on recruiting sales & post sales support, and engineering roles for our Japan office. There's also an opportunity to help recruit for our other countries' offices for those that are qualified and interested.
- Source and attract top talents for Appier's Japan office via multiple sourcing channels including but not limited to internet-based hiring sites, professional communities, and referrals.
- Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to improve efficiency of the recruitment process to meet hiring goals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand business needs and accurately target matching candidates.
- Keep up with industry knowledge and talent market news. Respond quickly to the market changes accordingly.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 5 plus years of recruitment experience in the tech industry
- Experience recruiting for a variety of talents.
- Expert in using sourcing tools. Should be familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach and other sourcing channels.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, and dynamic environment.
- Native level Japanese and working level english.
- Ability to influence internally and externally.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
