About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist/ Associate Manager for the Compensation team in Appier HR department. The main focus of this role is to support the Appier HR team on Compensation related analysis and design, as well as other major HR strategic projects initiation and execution. The role will collaborate with global colleagues, leaders and HQ HR team.

 

Responsibilities of the role

  • Based in Taipei office and assist in compensation & incentive related design, analysis and calculation in global regions
  • Prepare regular business/ organization related reports for review and analysis to facilitate related parties in making organization improvements and/or business decisions
  • Keep abreast with new trends in global markets and liaise with third parties to develop the best practice approach
  • Apply effective communication strategies to employees in supporting/ solving compensation & incentive related questions and issues
  • Point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people cost data and analytics requests
  • Involved in HR project initiation and execution
  • Apply sound business and ethical judgment to safeguard the company core values and company assets. Assess risk and flag issues timely and transparently

 

About you

  • BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, math, or statistics
  • At least 3~5 years full-time work experience in fast-paced organization in HR or business analysis related field
  • Experiences in Compensation & Benefits or HR consultancy is a plus
  • General understanding of Taiwan Labor Law and general practice.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of HRIS and MS Office
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and enjoy numbers
  • Good business acumen and passionate/ curious about business
