About the role

This role is in charge of coworking in-house IT and vendors. Service mindset is very important. Mainly focus on optimizing the present solution and rearranging new system structure to solve internal user questions.

Task of the role

  • In charge of IT helpdesk and working order management.
  • Hardware and software properties management and maintenance.
  • Solution sourcing and lifecycle management. 
  • Root cause analysis and knowledge database maintenance.
  • Cyber security system policy design and deployment.
  • Business travel is required.


About you


  • Over 5 years of IT relevant experience.
  • Experience in Google workspace and O365 management experience.
  • Experience in Server farm management and wireless network operation(Aruba solution).
  • Experience in Endpoint management.(Antivirus and MDM)
  • Strong English communication acumen, both verbal and written.

[Nice to have]

  • CCNP or above.
  • AWS SAA or above.
