Senior Field and Partner Activation Manager

This position is responsible for strategizing with Appian Stakeholders to create go to market sales plays for Account Executives based on territory and target personas. Some the responsibilities will include:
Builder: Create enablement content around the sales plays for the field and partners, as appropriate
Analyze: Use data to collaborate with Marketing to assess the customer impact of account-based marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities to optimize results based on field and partner feedback
Collaborate with marketing to create additional campaigns, establish goals, and contests to drive adoption/participation, enabling sellers on the campaigns and track progress
Grow: Identify opportunities and create activities that build on existing enablement content to drive customer retention
To be successful in this role, you need:
A strong sales background, likely as a former Salesperson or manager who later converted to Sales enablement.
To be a strategic thinker and problem solver with a proven ability to prioritize, negotiate, and execute in order to accomplish amazing things.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to draw clarity out of complex and ever-changing environments.

Certification in our sales methodology training program within the first 90 days.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communication, Education, or Business
5-8 years of experience working in a sales or marketing environment.
