Align closely with engineering and product management to become an expert in the Appian product and platform
In collaboration with product managers and sales enablement, develop and train Sales on messaging, positioning, and product-specific capabilities
Build out personas and messaging, and develop internal and external content and collateral mapped to the full buyers' journey
Increase awareness for Appian platform and products
Track the performance of programs, content, and products, and make recommendations for improvements
Support x-functional initiatives by collaborating closely with sales, analyst relations, product strategy, digital marketing, partner marketing, etc.
Support marque events, as needed (Appian World, Appian Europe, Appian Public Sector).
Maintain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of Appian's customers and products
Stay current on the competitive landscape
Successful experience collaborating with product management and sales
Strong technical understanding of automation and low-code platforms and capabilities
Ability to create content aligned to the needs of buyers with a focus on target personas
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
8+ years of experience (experience with Appian a plus)
BA/BS degree required.
