We are seeking an Executive Assistant to play a critical role on our team. This person will serve as an assistant to our co-founder and SVP of Global Partnerships & Industries, as well as support his team.
This role is currently based at Appian HQ in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Assist the SVP with strategic business initiatives
Help manage Partner Program initiatives
Work with dozens of people across the organization
Monitor and manage executive calendars
Manage complex logistics
Create high-quality materials to supplement executive meetings and oversee follow-ups
Assist with travel logistics and the corresponding expenses
Be a reliable resource to the entire team
Respond to changing priorities and ad-hoc requests
Keep abreast of the latest administrative internal processes and pitch where we can improve
Have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
Have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end
Be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
Be invigorated by a fast-paced environment
Be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, approaches, and solutions
Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and other productivity software
