About You

We are rapidly expanding and looking to hire a talented and ambitious Revenue Assurance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analysis and operational steps focused on revenue assurance.  The Revenue Assurance Analyst’s primary function is to couple new Advisor Sales Orders with downstream Provider compensation and associated Appdirect Sales personnel.  This role requires a complete knowledge of the Indirect Sales compensation model, order workflows, commission timelines, and an ability to provide a financial accounting of expected revenues on a consistent basis. It is crucial that you have a high attention to detail and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing industry. The position works cross-functionally with Staff and Senior Leadership throughout the Organization to successfully track and report sales order revenues. What will truly set you apart is a proactive mindset that is not afraid to tackle challenges and create scalable processes to validate revenues.

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

  • Ownership and accountability of Appdirect’s sales order commission revenues and associated Advisor assignments;
  • Research, identify, resolve, and report undocumented orders and provider commissions;
  • Develop and maintain consistent processes to mitigate undocumented orders and commission revenues;
  • Consistent system and process improvements to automate commission revenue assurance gaps;
  • Proactively identify and mitigate other potential revenue leakage.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of financial analysis/sales compensation/commission experience;
  • Experience in telecommunications sales support, billing, commission processing and/or accounting;
  • Experience in financial and compensation auditing;
  • Experience using relational data to generate reporting;
  • Self-Starter that is motivated to troubleshoot problems and exceed expectations;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and a person who takes proactive approach to address issues and avert conflict;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills - works on critical items with a sense of urgency;
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential. (Vlookups, Pivot tables. advanced formulas etc.)
