About You

The Partner Success Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional Sales Support to an assigned base of Appdirect advisors. The role will include responsibilities that are mostly incoming and occasionally outgoing.  Backed up by internally aligned resources in AppDirect backoffice and advisor finance teams, inbound activities will include: quoting, deal paperwork, serviceability and deal registration as well as fielding and resolving  incoming calls regarding escalated commission inquiries and order status.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  •  Actively engage in and Qualify Opportunities by ensuring the proper providers and products are selected based on customer needs;
  •  Responsible for knowing, understanding, and being able to quote and recommend  all key Providers and engage internal products sales specialists, sales engineering resources or provider specific sales resources;
  •  Understand the essentials of Providers in the catalog;
  •  Identify opportunity requirements and create quote proposals; 
  • Respond to order inquiries and escalations from Advisors by engaging with Order Management; 
  • Engaging with Advisor Finance on commission inquiries and escalations;
  • Provide a single point of contact for all escalations, critical issues and inquiries brought forth by assigned partners;
  • Develop long term partnership with your assigned Partners to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their relationship with AppDirect;
  • Gather, review pricing and contracting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission to partners and providers. 

 What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years experience leading ongoing customer relationships within Telco Industry;
  • Consistent record as a top performer in customer success, program management, and/or account management requiring ownership and execution of complex, client-facing enterprise programs with senior internal and external stakeholders; 
  • Eagerness and ability to tune, tweak and improve a rapidly evolving client engagement process;
  • Strong business acumen, especially around technology and subscription commerce;
  • Ability to navigate, master, and evangelize an evolving value proposition to our partners and help them navigate the digital transformation;
  • Experience with working with Salesforce, Zendesk a plus;
  • Experience with eCommerce and/or marketplace a plus.
