About You

We're seeking a NOC Product Sales Specialist with an IT consulting and managed service sales background. With in-depth knowledge of the Channel, WAN, LAN, and cloud infrastructure management, as well as excelling at strategic planning and closing large deals. Lead generation and building sales pipelines with Channel Sales Managers will be crucial to your role. Familiarity with AT&T's partner ecosystem, especially Network Integration, would be an added asset.

What You'll Do and How You'll Make an Impact

  • Sales and Solution Positioning
    • Sell IT Managed Services focused on Wide Area Networking, Local Area Networks, and Cloud Services;
    • Understanding the value Managed Service brings to an end user and being able to articulate both at an Executive and Working Level;
    • Ability to provide tool demos both remotely and in front of large audiences;
    • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Channel Services management;
    • Achieve communicated sales targets;
    • Position value-add services and pricing models.
  • Channel Interaction
    • Work closely with Advisors to comprehend their business priorities and needs;
    • Analyze and interpret client business needs in terms of our portfolio of solutions;
    • Drive strategic development in identified accounts;
    • Conduct client stakeholder mapping and management;
    • Engage in industry-specific and client-centric research to identify insights and teaching opportunities.
  •  Presentation and Negotiation
    • Prepare and present information compellingly and concisely at senior levels;
    • Support contract negotiations and challenge the status quo;
    • Present and negotiate solutions with clients, ranging from operational to CxO level.
  • Upselling and Solution Enhancement
    • Work with internal and customer technical teams to identify risks and gaps in coverage;
    • Drive new upsell opportunities based on identified needs;
    • Identify and approach potential customers for managed services.
  • Business Enhancement and Client Relationship Management
    • Structure the budget for IT outsourcing;
    • Collaborate with the solutions team to define and enhance existing Managed Services offerings;
    • Analyze clients' business processes to advise on efficiency improvements and cost-cutting.
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Negotiate and manage complex sales cycles;
    • Present proposals to C-level executives in corporate and global customers;
    • Demonstrate customer management leadership skills.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales for Managed Services (IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or SaaS);
  • Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Cradlepoint and Peplink experience is a plus;
  • Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Azure sales are a plus;
  • 5 years working within the Channel;
  • Experience in working directly with AT&T’s Network Integration organization, Equinix Bare Metal and Audiocodes awareness is a plus;
  • Proficiency with Managed Services tools (ITAM/ITSM/UEM), incident support escalation procedures, cyber security tools and services, and IT support outsourcing models;
  • Skill at managing complex sales processes, with strong interpersonal and written communication ability;
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills;
  • An ambitious self-starter with proven sales cycle management skills;
