Nous sommes à la recherche d’un coordonnateur ou d’une coordonnatrice des avantages sociaux internationaux de talent pour joindre notre équipe. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le ou la responsable des avantages sociaux internationaux pour gérer nos programmes d’avantages sociaux et offrir un soutien de première qualité à nos employés. Vous travaillerez avec les membres de l’équipe des ressources humaines à travers le monde pour atteindre nos objectifs en matière d’avantages sociaux et pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables. Vous possédez un souci du détail à toute épreuve, vous êtes toujours à l’affût des améliorations possibles et vous adorez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et intense.

Gestion des avantages

  • Assurer la précision des inscriptions du système de gestion des RH afin de fournir des données valides aux fournisseurs concernant l’admissibilité.
  • Participer à l’intégration des nouvelles embauches.
  • Effectuer des contrôles de qualité sur les données en lien avec les avantages sociaux.
  • Aider les employés en lien avec les réclamations et les changements de régimes d’assurances.
  • Distribuer la documentation sur l’inscription aux avantages sociaux et déterminer l’admissibilité.
  • Inscrire les employés auprès des fournisseurs et traiter les changements de statuts.
  • Répondre aux demandes d’information des cadres et des employés en lien avec les avantages sociaux : dispositions du régime, inscription aux programmes, changements de statuts et autres requêtes générales.
  • Répondre aux demandes d’information des cadres et des employés en lien avec les programmes 401(k) / REER : inscription aux programmes, changements de plans et montants des cotisations.

Projets spéciaux

  • Collaborer avec le responsable des avantages sociaux internationaux pour développer des stratégies de communication afin d’éduquer les employés sur les programmes d’avantages sociaux et les améliorations ou changements pouvant les affecter (communications écrites et de vive voix).
  • Soutenir divers projets en lien avec les programmes de récompense comme les programme d’avantages globaux, de bien-être/rendement optimal, d’équité, de bonis, de mises à jour et changements des fournisseurs, de congés et de retraite (401k, REER, pensions, etc.)
  • Participer aux projets de fusions et acquisitions.
  • Éduquer les nouveaux employés sur les programmes de récompense, y compris la documentation, les programmes de formation, les communications et les webinaires.

Compétences requises

  • Baccalauréat requis en affaires, en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Excellentes compétences en planification et en organisation; sens du détail, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément;
  • Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles;
  • Capacité à gérer des données confidentielles avec discrétion et maturité;
  • Expérience avec les logiciels Google Suite;
  • Affinité pour le travail en multitâches et dans un environnement intense et rapide;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ou au sein d’une équipe.

About You

We are looking for a high-performing Benefits Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will partner with the Global Benefits Manager to support our Benefits programs and processes and deliver world class customer support to our employees. You will work with HR team members around the world to drive our global benefits objectives, while ensuring local legislative and regulatory compliance needs are being met. You have a high attention to detail, are always looking for opportunities for improvement, and thrive in an ever changing and fast paced environment.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

Benefits Administration

  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information;
  • Assists with new-hire orientations;
  • Performs quality checks of benefits-related data;
  • Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes;
  • Distributes all benefits enrolment materials and determines eligibility;
  • Enrolls employees with carriers and processes life status changes;
  • Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries;
  • Responds to 401(k) / RRSP inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts. 

Special Projects

  • Collaborate with the Global Benefits Manager in developing communication strategies to educate employees on their total rewards programs and any associated enhancements or changes (including written and verbal communications); 
  • Support projects related to Total Rewards programs such as Global Benefits, Wellness/Peak Performance, Equity, Bonus, vendor updates or changes, Time off, Retirement (401k, RRSP, Pension, etc);
  • Participate in M&A projects;
  • Educate newly acquired employees on benefits including documentation, training programs, communications and webinar.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Human Resources or in an equivalent field of study;
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Evidence of exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity;
  • Experience working with Google Suit;
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment;
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment.
