Votre profil :

À titre de concepteur sénior en expérience utilisateur, vous devrez concevoir de nouvelles expériences utilisateur et créer des designs techniques, des ébauches structurelles, des maquettes haute-fidélité et des prototypes interactifs pour nos applications Web et mobiles. Vous serez responsable de tous les aspects entourant le design d’expériences utilisateur fantastiques, en collaboration avec les chefs de produits, ingénieurs, responsables de comptes et autres parties prenantes, afin de livrer des produits de calibre mondial à nos clients et partenaires.

 Ce que vous ferez et ce qui vous fera briller :

  • Agir comme responsable principal de l’expérience utilisateur globale et de l’architecture de l’information pour notre plateforme de places de marché.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles affectées aux produits afin d’assurer l’implémentation de la vision du produit, en mettant toujours l’accent sur la simplicité et la facilité d’utilisation.
  • Développer, entretenir et assurer l’implémentation de cadres et de directives de conception évolutifs et flexibles afin de favoriser une interface utilisateur simple, épurée et cohérente.
  • Développer une profonde compréhension de nos utilisateurs en recueillant les commentaires des utilisateurs et en évaluant les données liées à l’utilisation et aux utilisateurs pour identifier les possibilités d’améliorations.
  • Promouvoir les préceptes de l’expérience utilisateur au sein de l’entreprise et à l’externe. 

Compétences requises : 

  • Au moins 4 années d’expérience comme concepteur d’interaction, avec un historique d’interfaces de grande qualité et d’utilisateurs comblés.
  • Expérience en conception d’expériences pour entreprises (applications et plateformes SaaS/infonuagiques).
  • Capacité d’aborder le design d’interfaces de façon globale et intégrée.
  • Capacité de penser le design de manière stratégique et d’intégrer les objectifs d’affaires, en mettant l’accent sur les commentaires des utilisateurs et la compréhension des liens entre la conception visuelle et les interactions.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à collaborer étroitement et efficacement avec les responsables des produits et vos collègues ingénieurs.
  • Leadership – Vous êtes motivé par l’idée de collaborer avec vos collègues pour développer une stratégie produit globale en vous basant sur votre connaissance du « terrain ».
  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en interaction humain-machine, en science cognitive, en design ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • La connaissance et l’expérience en programmation sur HTML, CSS et JavaScript sont considérés comme des atouts.
  • Portfolio en ligne de vos projets de conception (complets).

About You:

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing new user experiences and creating design assets, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of amazing user experience design, working with product managers, engineers, account managers, and others to deliver world-class products for our customers and partners. 

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

  • Own the overall user experience and information architecture for our leading marketplace platform
  • Work with cross-functional product teams to ensure proper implementation of the product vision, focusing always on simplicity and ease of use
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce the implementation of scalable and flexible design frameworks and guidelines to support clean, consistent, simple user interface
  • Gain a deep understanding of our users by gathering user feedback and evaluating usage and user analytics to identify new and existing opportunities for improvement
  • Evangelize user experience inside and outside of the company.

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years as an interaction designer, creating excellent interfaces that delight the customer
  • Experience designing experiences for enterprise (SaaS/Cloud applications and platforms)
  • Ability to think in terms of end-to-end UI design and global patterns
  • Apply strategic thinking and business goals to designs, focusing on user feedback and understanding the relation of visual design to the interaction
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work closely and effectively with Product Management and Engineering teammates
  • A leader -- a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues and work on broader product strategy based on your knowledge of what’s going on “out there”
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field
  • Knowledge of and experience coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
  • An online portfolio of completed design projects.
