What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

You will be responsible for selling our premium product to companies in the FinServ sector, namely Hedge Funds, Venture Capital, and Private Equity. The role is based out of EST, with our office located in New York City. This is a remote role but some travel may be required.

We are an exceedingly collaborative team with a focus on results and client-centricity. This position will put you at the forefront of the fast-growing mobile and big-data industries and give you the opportunity to work with the most prominent financial services players in the world..

You will be responsible for and take pride in…

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with decision makers and executives at Hedge Funds, Venture Capital firms, and Private Equity firms.
  • Leverage digital tools to develop your customer success plans, help customers drive business value from App Annie platform. 
  • Ability to manage client on-boarding process: have strong knowledge of our data, methodology, and visualization tools and be able to explain these to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop best practices for App Annie’s FinServ customer base and share with other Customer Success Managers.
  • Able to identify at-risk accounts and turn around those accounts to renew
  • Responsible for key customer success metrics, including customer churn, renewals, and upsell or growth. 
  • Liaise with the Product team to ensure the App Annie platform continues to develop based on your customer feedback.

You should recognize yourself in the following...

  • At least 5+ years in a FinServ, Customer Success, Account Management, or Management Consulting role, working with enterprise and strategic clients. Bonus points if you have experience in the Mobile or Data industry!
  • Business savvy; ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
  • Polish and credibility working with C-level executives - ability to develop Exec alignment within strategic accounts.
  • You are a passionate, driven, caring, customer-obsessed individual who is also naturally curious with a mature personality and a great team player.
