What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do? 

As a marketing intern, you will be working at a fast-paced, cross-functional organization contributing to driving success for mobile publishers. App Annie is looking for a talented self-starter to help drive business goals for App Annie Japan office. 

You will be responsible for and take pride in….

  • Project management that impacts Marketing, and demand gen field marketing.
  • Planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Developing promotions together with our marketing team.
  • Developing and ensuring the quality of contents before publishing.
  • Building email nurturing programs and conducting A/B testing.
  • Performing market research and content analysis to support PR planning.
  • Developing creatives by closely working with the digital marketing team.
  • Coordinating with the global content team and Japanese translators.
  • Assisting administrative works and ad-hoc requests from different teams.
  • Becoming better at what you do every day.

You should recognize yourself in the following...

  • At least 1+ years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Can commit full time for 12 months.
  • A minimum of an Undergraduate degree or nearly finishing a degree with a strong academic track record in marketing, public communications/journalism, economics/business, 
  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral). 
  • Native speaker in Japanese with good writing skill.
  • Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks.
  • Proficient in MS-office, Photoshop/Sketch, Video-editing, documentation skill.
  • Has excellent logical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Mobile savvy, early adopter, and trendy.
  • Experience in any Emailing (Marketo) and CRM system (eg. SFDC) is a plus
  • Strong sense of ad-creativity coupled with research and analytical ability.
  • Familiar with FB/Youtube/Instagram/Twitter and has a deep understanding of social media.
  • Copy-writing skills both in English and Japanese.
  • You’re an app fanatic, positively curious and a technology enthusiast.
