You will be responsible for and take pride in….

  • Igniting a high performance culture in the R&D and G&A function at App Annie to create a world class employee experience.
  • Provide strong HRBP support to the R&D and G&A management team. Assist the R&D organization with implementing a variant of Spotify’s squad model, change management & training of new managers in leading global and partially remote teams.
  • Drive global total rewards strategy that helps us ignite a high performance culture.
  • Igniting a high performance culture in the R&D and G&A function at App Annie to create a world class employee experience.
  • Build trust with employees across all layers of the organization and be an active listener and effective problem solver of people issues while aligning with expected business outcomes.

You should recognize yourself in the following…

  • You're smart and are able to prove it.
  • You’re an independent thinker, self-starter with the ability to effectively work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and cultures, is essential.
  • 5+ years in a People role with focus on R&D and Product
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement total rewards strategy.
  • Strong working knowledge of both U.S. and Canada employment laws
  • You are a natural coach/mentor who relates well to others and can build rapport with a diverse multicultural workforce.
  • Can work in a fast paced environment, often times ambiguous while maintaining your sense of humor.
