As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our internal systems and processes to support rapid business growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, architect solutions, and drive adoption that enhances productivity. This is an opportunity to shape the backbone that powers a high-growth company poised to lead a multi-billion dollar industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as product manager for corporate systems, managing the strategic IT plan and translating requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Select and manage implementation of software to meet business needs. 
  • Manage the relationship between BizOpz, executive stakeholders and IT.
  • Provide tracking and reporting on Corporate systems initiatives

Requirements:

  • 6+ yoe working as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience with business analysis and designing complex systems in mid-size to enterprise environments.
  • Platform specific knowledge e.g. Notion, Jira a plus.
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Technology onboarding
  • Systems analysis and architecture
