The role of a GTM/Sales Enablement Manager has never been more important for SaaS businesses, and this is especially true at a fast-growing company like Apollo because our sales team sells across multiple functions, use cases, and segments. From creating and releasing sales content to developing and delivering impactful training, Apollo’s Sales Enablement Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring salespeople have the knowledge, training, tools, and content for success.

The GTM/Sales Enablement Manager will partner closely across our enablement team and cross functionally with Product Marketing to increase sales productivity and success. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of our Sales onboarding and training programs, ensuring that teams are up-leveled continuously. With a focus on the buyer experience, you will also help develop plays to empower salespeople to engage the buyer using Apollo’s specific methodology and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop role-specific training modules and oversee their rollout and their performance
  • Provide coaching to new hires
  • Use analytics and consult with the sales team to understand how pieces of content have performed with buyers. 
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing on product roadmap releases and associated training
  • Optimize the sales process to enhance the buyer experience.
  • Track sales enablement metrics to inform enablement program vision and decisions
  • Influence and support the development of the enablement strategy including, onboarding and training, content management, and performance. 

About you:

  • 3+ years experience in Sales Enablement or as an Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with Sales methodologies, Go-to-Market processes, and training best practices
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training content across various mediums (Zoom, In-Person, and Google Slides) 
  • Able to manage multiple and competing priorities, and effectively navigate change.
  • Demonstrable project management skills in the owning of strategy, planning, execution and measurement. 
  • Curiosity & desire to learn new skills and take on challenges
  • Experience using sales engagement and intelligence tools–Apollo, Zoominfo, LI Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, etc.
  • Team player who can get buy-in across departments and seniority levels
  • Be highly coachable and invested in your professional growth, development, and career path.
