Your Role & Mission
In your role as a Senior Product Analyst, you will be the key data partner to our Product Growth team, and help drive some of our company’s most important metrics such as user growth, revenue, and churn. You will work with product on how to define and track metrics, create dashboards, and help determine an experimentation and product roadmap that will meet our goals. We are also in the nascent phases of our data tooling and you will have the opportunity to help lay and expand the foundation of our data tooling systems. As Apollo grows, our data needs will grow, and you will be an integral part of shaping how this process evolves. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence and work closely with the VP of Growth.
Daily Adventures & Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of the product, its key metrics, and the levers that move those metrics
• Take loosely defined business problems and turn them into investigative analyses with clear impact
• Work closely with the growth team to design experiments, roll-outs, and follow ups on results
• Partner closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, design, and user research to influence and driving prioritization of our experimentation ad product roadmap
• Have the opportunity to own, prioritize, and execute a 360 degree analytics roadmap that includes database modeling, designing executive dashboards, and surfacing gaps in data logging and tooling for product and engineering
About You
• 3+ years of experience as data or product analyst, or in a similar analytical role
• 1+ years experience at a SaaS/technology company preferred
• Advanced SQL and analytical skills and familiarity with relational databases such as Snowflake or Redshift.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and A/B testing and analysis
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Experience with Amplitude a plus
• Technical experience to build models using Python or R a plus.
