As a Recruiter at Apisero, you will manage full life cycle recruitment for a variety of internal requisitions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and has the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. They should also be able to build relationships and trust with candidates. The Recruiter plays a lucrative role in the success of the business, identifying top talent to bring into the organization to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Collaborate with hiring managers and C-level executives to identify the job qualifications and responsibilities
Perform phone screens to qualify candidates against the job requirements, ensuring skill sets and background align with job requirements
Create a positive candidate experience through serving as an informative and supportive resource for candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Schedule interviews and gather feedback from the interview panel
Communicate interview feedback to candidates in a timely manner
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer, negotiating employment terms, and answering candidate questions
Assist in onboarding procedures, ensuring that the candidate is set up for success
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related area
1-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
