Skill sets:

  • With more than 8 years' Salesforce development experience
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including any two of the following: Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Clouds.
  • Should have knowledge of multiple system like- Azure, SAP
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Strong background in leading large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
  • Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.
  • Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process.
  • Professional Experience in developing business solutions using Salesforce lightning components
  • Expert level experience on SOAP and REST API based integrations for other clouds and applications
  • Support the LnD team and contribute to practice growth.
  • Support in interviews to hire the right talent for the team.
