Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is an in-office position and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, and other test automation tools. 
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify and document software defects. 
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications. 
  • Test applications in both OnPrem environments and cloud-based platforms. 
  • Work with Azure DevOps to manage test cases, test plans, and CI/CD pipelines.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SAFe Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products. 
  • Create detailed documentation and data-driven reports to communicate test results and insights. 
  • Understand and test microservices, micro frontends, APIs, and provide comprehensive test coverage.

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation and exploratory testing. 
  • Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, JMeter, and other relevant testing tools. 
  • Expertise in the TypeScript programming language.
  • Experience with performance testing and analyzing performance metrics. 
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams. 
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Strong understanding of testing microservices, micro frontends, and APIs. 
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills with a data-driven approach. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal 

Things that will separate you from the rest

  • Experience in the Fintech industry. 
  • Knowledge of other test automation frameworks and tools. 
  • Certifications in QA or related fields. 

Education or Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
