Job Description

At Aperia, we rely on a dynamic team of Technical Business Analysts. We’re seeking a Mid/Senior Technical Business Analyst who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for day-to-day operations, requests, issues and escalations between VN development team and with US stakeholders/clients for assigned projects.
  • Engage and discuss on requirements gathering and analyzing with US stakeholders/clients.
  • Develop user stories, requirements specifications and other necessary documentations.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the business requirements are met.
  • Apply strong business analysis skills and user centric mindset to bring out a user-friendly and value-maximized product.
  • Participate in building, analyzing data system (SQL)

Technical Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
  • Good skill and expertise in requirements discovery
  • Advanced skill in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams.
  • Practical experience in directly analyzing/ migrating data (SQL) and system.
  • Experience in influencing and collaborating with developers, testers, project managers and UX/UI designers.
  • Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding.
  • Knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum)

Things that will separate you from the rest.

  • Experience with financial technology is a plus.

Education or Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information System
  • Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst or Product Owner
