We’re now looking to expand our team with an amazing Junior Executive Assistant. You will be reporting to the Senior EA and will play a key role working along with the Senior EA in organizing and planning the CEO’s and broader leadership’s agenda, and ensure the office is a great workplace for everyone. As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will assume the duty of an personal assistant and provide excellent administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist the C-suite of Antler with planning meetings and travels, as well as any relevant office communication. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

  • Provide personal administrative & secretarial support to the CEO and his executive team
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Book travels and supports the planning and execution of events and other activities
  • Perform general office duties and tasks
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Keep the office supplies up to date and place appropriate orders when necessary
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Support other projects, as and when required
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience supporting top executive level management in a fast-paced and dynamic company.
  • Fast and independent learner, who can adapt to the changing situations
  • Excellent planner with a high degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities
  • Great service mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Previously worked with Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft suite and any other office management tools
  • Diploma or a Degree holder
