We’re now looking to expand our team with an amazing Founder Scout Intern in Amsterdam. As part of Antler’s recruiting team, you will play a key role in our team responsible for sourcing and coordinating top talents in Europe. We are growing rapidly and are looking for people who’d like to grow with us. About the job 

As a Scouting Intern you will support our scouting which includes identifying, attracting, and assessing the best Founder talent in the region, as well as scouting early stage companies for investment opportunities. Additionally, you will support the development of Antler’s brand and positioning in this market, helping define Antler as the premier place to build a business.



Responsibilities will vary over time as we are a fast-growing company, but could include: 

  • Supporting the end-to-end hiring of founders for our ongoing cohorts
  • Scouting early stage companies that are seeking investment, reviewing pitch decks and assessing fit.
  • Proactively cultivate Antler’s talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future cohorts, both via inbound and outbound recruiting activities;
  • Support development of the sourcing strategy and ways to build an amazing talent pipeline for current and future cohorts
  • Utilize tools such as job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, different search engines, and other channels to source candidates
  • Analyse recruitment data and propose creative ways to improve our sourcing & candidate nurturing strategy
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate
  • Support the screening of candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Organize amazing events to attract candidates to the Antler program
