About the job

We are now hiring an exceptional talented self-starter to join our team in Austin as an Investment Associate (Residency) and help build the Antler US.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program strategy and execution of the founder experience in Austin location from the time they are accepted in the recruitment process to their journey to the investment committee and beyond.
  • Curate a 10x experience for our founders joining the residency
  • Coordinate speakers, events, and a sense of community for active founders working with Antler and portfolio companies.
  • Serve as a dedicated coach for specific teams in preparation for the investment committee and ensure other coaches & mentors have a structured schedule for the founders.
  • Work closely with the scouting team to scout and evaluate the best founders for Austin.
  • Ensure a clean handover process and onboarding for founders after they have accepted to join the residency.
  • Conduct due diligence during the residency, lead investment memos and provide analysis to the partners and Investment Committee as required.
  • Support Antler US team to establish relationships and build a community with top advisors, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with US Partners and Global team to advance the growth of Antler US residency design.
  • Be a powerful brand ambassador for Antler in Austin developing personal and ecosystem networks.
  • Design a feedback process to create an NPS-like metric for founder experience and continually implement the process to iterate each program to be better, faster, and more founder-friendly.
