About the role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator partnerships program. As an early member of the team, you'll develop our influencer strategy, cultivate authentic creator relationships, and drive measurable growth outcomes through influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate combines strategic brand storytelling with data-driven execution, bringing deep experience in consumer SaaS/AI influencer marketing to help Claude break through into the consumer zeitgeist.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement our foundational consumer creator partnership strategy and program structure, including community-building initiatives and viral growth mechanics
- Own end-to-end influencer campaigns, from creator identification to performance measurement, with emphasis on driving network effects through strategic collaborations
- Build and nurture relationships with creators in the tech, AI, productivity, and business spaces to introduce Claude to their audience, including fostering an engaged creator community through events and collaborative projects
- Establish scalable processes for creator vetting, contracting, onboarding, and campaign management
- Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with creator strengths, our brand voice, product launches, and broader marketing campaigns
- Create and optimize performance-based creator campaigns across relevant platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
- Design and execute testing programs to optimize creator content and messaging
- Set the measurement framework and KPIs for influencer marketing success
- Produce programming and educational content to help creators make the most of Claude
- Partner with product, brand, and legal teams to ensure authentic creator partnerships
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of influencer marketing experience in B2C SaaS/AI companies, with a proven track record of building successful creator programs
- Have experience establishing influencer marketing functions and processes from the ground up
- Are experienced in both macro and micro-influencer strategies on a global scale
- Demonstrate strong relationship building skills with a track record of managing high-profile creator partnerships
- Possess deep analytical skills with expertise in creator performance measurement and ROI tracking
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics
The expected salary range for this position is:
Logistics
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
