 What You’ll Do: 

The Proposal Center Specialist will be responsible for reviewing customer needs and KPIs and analyzing ABM lists, demographic and firmographic targeting, programmatic inventory, and data counts through our available data platforms.  Other responsibilities include, updating and maintaining quotes and orders within Salesforce CRM, completing RFP/RFI templates, advising sales on product and contract best practices, and helping gather information for content syndication programs, programmatic display buys or audience segmentation.  This team member will work closely with the Anteriad Sales Directors, Customer Success Managers, Marketing and Operations teams. 

 What You’ll Bring:  

The successful candidate must be an exceptional communicator with a strong team-oriented work ethic.  The following are personal qualities that will characterize the successful applicant: 

  • Able to rapidly acquire new skills in a fast-paced business-to-business sales environment. 
  • Ability to read customer expectations, RFI, or RFPs and understand the client targeting needed to successfully deliver the campaign. 
  • Independence: Must be able to work on his/her own without constant direction or supervision.   
  • Self-Starter. He/she must be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic to continually strive to put forth extra effort. 
  • Demonstrates flexible thinking and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and challenges, while effectively exploring innovative solutions to best meet our clients' evolving needs. 
  • Needs to show strong oral and written communication skills and articulate complex feedback courteously. 
  • Must have strong problem analysis and problem-solving competencies. 
  • Must be able to interact well with team members. We are a tight-knit and supportive team of professionals in Customer Support. 
  • Create meaningful, visually appealing proposals 
  • Experience with Microsoft 360 Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook 
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.
