What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Testers, and end user representatives to develop functional and

non-functional requirements, wireframes, and storyboards for custom development projects and for system integration

projects.

• Delivery of use cases across requirement gathering, documentation, visualizing the user journey, process flow diagram,

process solutioning, detailing the use cases and wireframes, and communicating the user stories across the team from

the product and sprint backlog

• Elicits requirements using discussions, brainstorming, meetings/interviews, document analysis, requirements

workshops, business rules analysis, metrics & KPI definition, use cases, and other BA tools and techniques as required.

• Engage with the Development/Testing/Program teams and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and

analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyse information needs for

functional requirements.

• Facilitate the Quality Assurance (QA) team in writing test cases for solution validation.

• Acts as the liaison between clients, Dev, QA and other teams in the org.

• Ensure documentation on the product stays relevant and requirements are detailed enough to manage Scrum

Deliverables, assumptions, risks, and out-of-scope situations.

• Prioritize the user stories from various stakeholders. Communicate, translate, and simplify requirements to have buy-in

from all stakeholders

• Evaluate the business processes, identify requirements, uncover areas for improvements, and propose solutions

• Create, review, and revise system mock-ups & wireframes that show user journey and experience

• Drive meetings and presentations to share analysis, ideas, and findings.

• Document and communicate the results of your efforts

• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and stakeholders

• Working closely with clients, development team, and stakeholders

• Assist in managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, and competing resources and priorities

 

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years' experience in product development

• Experience in Agile methodology platform.

• Ability to take complex issues or requirements, perform required research and troubleshooting including stakeholder

communications, and produce well-detailed and documented artifacts.
