JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate social media analyst who can quickly understand and support initiatives, implementsuccessful social media strategies that will contribute to the goals and success of B2B campaigns. He/She is responsiblefor executing Paid Social campaigns that drive profitable ROI and engagement.

He/She will assist with the planning and execution of Social Media Campaigns; ensure best practices are met in the day-to-day execution of the channel and develop Paid and Organic Social strategies across brands to leverage the data,and insights for maximum efficiency.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Anteriad is seeking for a highly driven and enthusiastic social media analyst to oversee the whole process, includingediting, strategy formulation, creative direction and content creation, and reporting, with an emphasis on B2B audiences,customers, and partners.This role will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of social marketing initiatives that
support and build our brand in the eyes of our global talent markets. The ideal individual for this role will feel comfortablesetting strategy and managing details, have strong editing abilities, enjoy content creation, be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, and be able to succeed in a fast-moving organization. They’ll value the importance of protecting brand integrity while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. They thrive within cross-functional teams, excelat building and managing relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, and exhibit excellent organizational skills. They are well versed in the latest social trends, channels, and channel features and will be a subject matter expertacross the leading social channels for the organization

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure flawless campaign execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.
  • Direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting for paid social media campaigns.
  • Assist with strategy, design, and development of ad creative and anding pages in coordination with digital advertising projects.Oversee budgets and flighting for all self-service platforms.
  • Manage rate tracking, benchmarking, planning costs, and overall budget for client accounts.
  • Forecast around audits and campaign analytics.
  • Serve as a mentor to Analysts and available for ad hoc questions and training
  • Using Google Analytics,Meta/LinkedIn/Twitter/Google Ads Insights and/or other social media analytics tools to monitor metrics, evaluate performance and improve strategy
  • Plan and develop social media marketing strategies which help to drive traffic and get active engagement to the website.
  • Produce content calendars for social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and
    Pinterest, YouTube.
  • Leverage and manage social listening tools/projects to develop strategies and analyze competition and audience segments, comfortable with co-presenting analysis to clients.
  • Stay up to date on the use of social media marketing.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, SQL, working with and creating Dashboards for social media medians including butnot limited to Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, MailChimp, Instagram, Snapchat,Tumbler, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr SEMrush, Ahrefs and Sprinklr
  • Development and automation of ongoing data-driven reporting/insights (scorecards, SBI, etc.)
    Working closely with the content group, help increase traffic and engagement to the most shareable andactionable content and give data-driven recommendations for material by keyword, topic, and headline.
  • Help drive B2B Marketing’s SEO, Google search rankings, and organic web traffic, by building high valuebacklinks to the B2B Marketing site through active and passive engagement with key content and social media partners.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Create actionable insights that drive the business forward and show success in progress to key performance indicators

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Minimum of 0-1 years' experience in social media buying & planning, particularly working in both paid andorganic focusing on B2B marketing.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and engagement with managers to ensure that properinformation technology needs are met.
• Experience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives.
• Experience in developing paid strategies and executing campaigns and performing analysis on performancethat are in line with the campaign's set KPI's.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel with a strong analytical mindset and appetite for data analysis and reportingdevelopment.
• Genuine interest in the digital media space and enjoys staying up to date on industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and website administrations
• Experience working with keywords optimization on websites.
• You embrace the role of the social media analyst who has accountability for lead generation and engagement of a brand.
• You excel in a collaborative setting - listening, articulating your position.
• You have proven problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities
