JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the Digital Revenue Operations Team, the Senior Developer will be responsible for the design,development, and maintenance of our company's web-based applications, websites, and related digital solutions.The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong technical background, a passion for web development, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. They ensure that sites meet user expectations by ensuring thelook good, run smoothly, and offer easy access points with no loading issues between pages or error messages.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Web Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web-based applications.
- Implement innovative and creative solutions to enhance the user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, task and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Front-End Development:
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies.
- mplement responsive web design techniques to ensure optimal performance on various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional web interfaces.
- Optimize front-end code for speed, efficiency, and accessibility
Back-End Development:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using programming languages such as PHP, .NET.
- Work with RDBMS like MySQL
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Integrate databases and data storage solutions to support web applications.
- Build and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and timelydelivery.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to team members and project stakeholders.
MANDATORY SKILLS
- Proven working experience in web programming.
- Top-notch front-end Web programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, JS, JSON.
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines/deadlines.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design approach.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of back-end technologies and programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Java).
- Experience with web development tools, libraries, and version control systms (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with database systems and web services (e.g., SQL, RESTful APIs).
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO principles.
- Solid problem-solving skills, Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Certified Web Developer (W3C)
- Certified Professional - Web Developer - Preferred
- Certified Full Stack Web Developer – Preferred
