Anteriad is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Database in Littleton, CO to join the cross-functional team responsible for the development related to internal and client-specific marketing database solutions. Serving as the conduit between the business and technical teams, the incumbent will play a key role in the implementation of new marketing database systems, as well as maintenance and enhancements to existing systems. This position is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with the technical team to determine the appropriate technical solution, providing consultation during implementation, verifying quality/relevance of new development, and delivery of the completed solution to the business owner.

What You'll Do:

  • Interview clients and internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements related to new, as well as enhancements to existing, marketing database systems/solutions
  • Translate and document business/marketing requirements for the Anteriad Database Solutions development team, e.g., document data mapping, transformation rules, data flows
  • Collaborate with technical team to determine solution and architecture based on requirements and document the agreed-upon solution
  • Build specifications for client-specific setup of Anteriad’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) marketing database audience selection application
  • Create and manage project plans for marketing database development projects
  • Validate accuracy of new development—internal Quality Assurance
  • Break down complex processes and methodologies into easy-to-understand explanations for clients or team members, through strong presentation and communication skills
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders verbally and in writing – polished in both
  • Review and analyze data

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing or Computer Science)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing database/CDP/CRM solutions that support direct marketing/one-to-one communication, especially B2B marketing focus
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of building and maintaining marketing database systems (processes and physical databases) including identity resolution, ETL, API integration, address hygiene/standardization, merge/purge, cross-channel identification
  • Blend of Business/Marketing level thinking accompanied by semi-technical capability/understanding
  • Familiarity/experience with MS SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS
  • Ability to think at a big-picture level and execute at a detailed level
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Highly organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dual balance of flexibility with clients and developers yet assertive, when necessary, to do the job right
  • Adept at handling various personality types on client side and internal technical team side
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of Agile project management concepts
  • Experience with Jira project management software (or equivalent)
