What is the point of this role?
ANS are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated technologist to join our Pre-Sales Solution Architecture practice. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly successful team that is at the very forefront of cloud & data technology and working on some of the country’s most exciting and ambitious data projects.
What will I be doing?
Work with the Account Managers / Sales Specialists during customer facing engagements to develop sales execution plans including:
- Envisioning workshops
- Opportunity qualification
- Scoping
- Quotations
- Proposals
- Presentations
- Demonstrations
- Proof of Concepts
- Thought leadership
- Customer transformation roadmap development & prioritisation
Also responsible for:
- New solution and go-to-market offerings
- Solution Accelerators aligned to specific business outcomes and vertical aligned industry challenges
- Speaking at customer events/webinars/other in-person events
- Continued improvement of team practices
- Cross-technology solutions (i.e. data & AI, cloud, security, D365, Power Platform)
What will I bring to the role?
Must have:
- Strong understanding of event driven architecture
- Strong knowledge of integrations across multiple applications
- Strong knowledge of APIs & Integration architecture
- Strong understanding of cloud data warehousing, concepts and services
- Strong knowledge and experience with Power BI
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modelling and data analytics
- Strong understanding of common data warehousing methodologies
- Good knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Good knowledge in data warehouse migrations & modernisation
- Knowledge of Azure AI services
- Good knowledge and expertise across Azure
- Knowledge of using SQL & NoSQL databases
Desirable:
- knowledge with the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS, SSAS & SSRS)
- Proven experience with containers
