Responsibilities:

  • Development of goal centered training program towards enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
  • Planning and execution of behavioral and soft skill programs across all studios
  • Design & develop behavioral & soft skill training interventions for different levels of audience
  • Classroom and online training delivery
  • Maintain studio-wide training needs assessment.
  • Coordinate with HODs, Leads, experts, etc.  to ensure that the training materials being delivered are up to date.
  • Arrange Classroom teaching in specialized topics (internal/external vendors) according to needs & strengths.
  • Creating & Develop Content in collaboration with the L&D Head and Business leads
  • Revise and re-design course content to suit the dynamic needs of the departments concerned
  • Plan & execute overall or individualised training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Create & maintain assessments, tracking results, documents & records.
