Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the many business systems that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, engineering, field maintenance, quality, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.

As the Quality Applications Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that enable the performance of Anduril’s many hardware products. To accomplish this, you will partner with multiple teams and systems that are responsible for the discovery, development, and delivery of quality performance. These teams include Quality Engineering, Reliability, Configuration Management, Production/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test & Evaluation, and more. You will have to develop a detailed understanding of each team’s challenges and requirements to understand what solutions can best address their needs. You will architect and develop solutions in partnership with technical teams and drive adoption & enable best practices for scale and efficiency. Because these teams have different use cases and timelines, you must be an agile, general-athlete style PM who can pivot from deep diving the intricacies of how one team executes a technical workflow, to closely examining the metrics of the systems to understand where the failure points are, to mapping an intertwined set of dependencies to build a roadmap, to updating executives on the current and future sets of your program all in the course of a single day.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Developing the program vision after synthesizing stakeholder requirements and feedback, and aligning with targeted business outcomes
  2. Serve as the “single threaded leader” for the Quality / Product Performance initiative
  3. Crafting a roadmap and ensuring that it is effectively decomposed for technical teams’ backlog
  4. Communicating across stakeholders on your program's development and roadmap, as well as monitoring and reporting on program performance to understand if business outcomes are getting met
  5. Driving adoption and enablement through the use of change management tools, schedules, and user engagement (UAT, training, sandbox environment, piloting, etc).

  • Customer Focused - They display deep user empathy to boost engagement and build experiences that delight
  • Dive Deep - They sweat the details and roll up their sleeves to uncover the root causes for systemic issues. They eat metrics for breakfast!
  • Ownership - They care deeply not just about their program, but for all the business outcomes that their program supports, holding themselves accountable for everything it both does and fails to do
  • Agility - They change directions easily and without regret, quickly adapting to shifting business priorities
  • First Principles Thinking - They approach problems and develop solutions not based on what a vendor recommends or because it’s how they did things at their last job, but from a deep appreciation of what is best for the enterprise

  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing / Production and Quality processes and lifecycle

Preferred Characteristics

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
